And best of all, i can use it either web-based or through my iPhone. Loved it. Had the accessional screen freeze but nothing major until last week when the screen completely froze and I had to restore the app which would not have been a problem ...but I lost all the minutes and to dos ... this app does not back up on the iPad only version. ### 4/5 — Most useful app *2015-01-20, version 1.4.0* Though I prefer the web version, the app version comes close. A must have if your Ipad is synced to a office server (i.e. Outlook). It is flexible and versatile as it can directly interact with your calendar, contacts, email and to-do list. It is well supported, so if you ever get into trouble, just contact technical support for help. It is simply incredible ! One can use to record the discussions (audio recording feature) and allocate actions by participant. Glitchy, inconsistent, waste of money *2016-02-01* After spending $1,180 for a year of licenses for my staff, I can honestly say that the app isn't worth $1. It crashes, it's glitchy, and the customer service is spotty at best. We've consistently have meetings disappear from the app (along with any notes/minutes we have taken) and most of my staff stopped using it because they couldn't consistently get meetings to show up. LessMeeting's customer service asked for screenshots and details, but they never actually fix the issue or follow up. This has been months of the same issues and glitches. For an app that is supposed to improve productivity, it actually does the opposite. Lost time and information have been common, and incredibly frustrating. If Less Meeting's developers made some fixes and improvements they could stand out from the numerous other meeting notes apps out there... Unfortunately they are missing out on that opportunity. I recommend you try a different app. If not for the fact that don't allow refunds, we would have dumped LessMeeting the first month we had it. ### 1/5 — Modestly bad app w/ subscription fee *2013-10-12, version 1.3.2* This could be rated as a 2 or 3star app. I am deducting a star for failure to disclose the monthly fee, and another for the favorable spam reviews by associates of the developer. ### 1/5 — Subscription, not an app *2013-03-17* You basically can't do anything with this app in business without paying the $12 per month subscription fee. Also, everything has to be done in an overly complicated way. It's not possible to just create an agenda, take minutes and capture action items. It could work only for a small business that has all employees managing everything locally on iPad with no connection to an enterprise environment (you have to link to a calendar event, but only local iPad calendar - to see events from any other calendar, pay the monthly subscription). I wouldn't mind paying for an app up front but don't want to be held hostage to a monthly fee to use it for the most basic functions. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2013-01-11, version 1.1.2* I haven't even been able to open this app and get it start because it keeps crashing. Prior feedback OBVIOUSLY left by the development team to promote app. Deleted. ### 2/5 — Requires web subscription *2015-09-22, version 1.5.0* This looks like a powerful app. I was disappointed to find out that in order to use it beyond a few test meetings that I had to buy an ongoing subscription. I must have missed in the lengthy description that part. Hmmm. ### 2/5 — One major flaw *2015-01-14* This app is generally pretty good for capturing meeting minutes in synch with optional audio recording. The main problem that I have run into more than once is that if the device gets locked (click power button), the audio recording in progress gets lost. A real bummer. Not much activity on app version updates apparently. So I have switched to another app that is more stable in this regard. ### 2/5 — Wish I knew I had to pay a monthly fee *2014-11-22* No where does it mention this is a service and there are monthly fees to tie your group together. It also did not sync all my contacts. It appears to have selectively used my Facebook contacts and not those natively stored in my Apple Contacts. Don't spend money on this if you aren't going to spend more every month! ### 2/5 — Not a stand alone app *2013-10-07, version 1.3.2* I thought this would be just what I was looking for when minuting meetings. The app is brilliant. I just couldn't get it working until I had to register for a service with ongoing monthly cost. Keep going ! *2018-10-09, version 1.5.1* This is a great app. I have been working with it for 4 years now. This is very efficient. I strongly recommended it. Caveat: I am using this just for me to take notes and track open action items. I love the professional format when the notes go out to my colleagues. Some slow sync issues to reminders but I'm so excited about the app I'll work on it on my end. I'm using the free version on both my ipad and iphone. They don't sync directly but I try and sync through Exchange to pull it all together. ### 5/5 — Greg *2015-05-06, version 1.4.0* Great little app. This app makes it super easy to take accurate minutes for meetings and communicate all matters discussed with other attendees. The only down fall to the free version is you can not save a custom agenda for your meeting, you have to create the agenda each time a meeting is commenced. However in the paid version it is possible to save agendas for meetings.
