## What is LessonFeedback?

In our shared pursuit of educational excellence, the Professional Learning Community (PLC) stands as a cornerstone of collaborative improvement. We meet, we plan, we analyze data, and we discuss strategies. Yet, a persistent challenge remains: how do we effectively and consistently bridge the gap between our professional dialogue and the dynamic reality of our individual classrooms? How do we move from talking about great teaching to actively cultivating it through focused, supportive, and evidence-based feedback?

Introducing Lesson Feedback, a dynamic platform designed exclusively for educators, by educators. It is engineered to transform how our PLCs engage in professional development, shifting the focus from infrequent, high-stakes evaluations to a continuous, collaborative cycle of observation, reflection, and growth. This app is not an administrative tool; it is a professional learning catalyst, built to foster a culture of trust and collective efficacy within and across our teaching teams.

The fundamental principle of Lesson Feedback is that the most powerful professional growth comes from collegial reflection.
