It’s not clicking on my answers. Please provide rationalization at the end of tests.

Some of the questions are not phrased correctly, grammatical lapses are evident. Incomplete phrases for the choices ex: D. presense of.... (What?) 

Most of the questions are knowledge based.

Dear  developer, I really  love this app. As avisually impaired student, I find it very useful for my future career. But there is something I want to request: will you  make the choices accessiible/readable for the screen reading software? Please, please, please? Thannk you very much.
