## What is Let Them Pray?

Let Them Pray is a prayer list for every faith. Write down the people and intentions you are holding, in your own words, then sit with them one at a time each evening.

Your list hangs like paper notes on a thread under a lit window. Tap I prayed and the note's knot lights up for the day. The one you have waited longest on comes first, so nobody slips to the bottom.

Sit with your list
Open one note at a time, full size, with its latest news under it. Answer I prayed or Not tonight. Each note you hold lights a pane of the window, and at the end you see how many you held. There is no timer, no score and no streak.

Notes that change as life does
Add short dated updates to a prayer as things move along - "Surgery moved to Monday", "Home on Saturday". When it ends, mark it answered with a word about what happened, or set it down: for a prayer that ended without the answer you hoped for. Both are kept in your journal, and a prayer set down can be picked up again.

Reminders your way
- A reminder for one prayer: daily, on the weekdays you choose, once a month, or once on a date and time (the interview on Friday at 9)
- Up to five moments a day to sit with your whole list, named however you like: Dawn, Midday, Before bed
- Tapping a moment's reminder opens straight into the sitting

For every faith
There is no scripture, no set prayer and no religious symbol in the app. If a label helps, pick one (Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, Sikh, Buddhist and more) or type your own, like "our prayer group". Or use none.

More
- Search your list, filter by label, or show the prayers you have not prayed for in a week or more
- Read back your journal month by month, with how long you held each prayer and the updates along the way
- Share one request by text, seeing exactly what will be sent first
- Save a copy of your list to a file and restore it on a new phone
- On a first run, try everything on three example notes, then remove them in one tap
- On a wide screen, like an iPad turned sideways, your list and the open prayer sit side by side

Private by design
Everything you write stays on your phone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, which also hides your list in the app switcher. Reminders say only that a prayer is waiting unless you choose to show names. Delete my data in Settings erases everything at once.

In English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. One small ad sits under the prayer list, never where you write, sit, read your journal or share.
