## What is LetBe?

LetBe helps you step out of the rumination loop — not by pushing thoughts away, but by learning to let them move on. Based on principles of metacognitive therapy, translated into plain language.

PARK YOUR THOUGHTS
When a thought starts spinning, park it. It rises into your night sky as a glowing dot — not gone, just waiting. Once a day, at your worry time, you go through what's parked. By then, most of it has taken care of itself.

CHECK YOUR WORRIES
A worry is a prediction. LetBe remembers it and asks later: how did it actually turn out? Your evidence archive shows you, in black and white, how often fears come true. Usually: not at all.

PRACTICE LETTING GO
Guided audio exercises with a calm voice: place thoughts on leaves in a stream, let them drift away as clouds, or send them off on trains.

TRAIN YOUR ATTENTION
Attention Training (ATT) uses soundscapes to practice deciding where your listening goes — the core of the metacognitive method.
