Lose a couple of parcels in a months. Really terrible system.

把东西弄丢了 客服一直说是海关不让放行 东西没收到 钱也不退。千万不要用它家的转运。他家比别家贵很多，而且是越用越贵，以为贵一点会好，丢起东西、赖起帐一点也不含糊。

I have been lete user for awhile.  I saw a sidebar that said 100 yuan for downloading app.  So I downloaded it, but no yuan reward.  When I contacted customer service, they said “only new users”.  This is misleading.

app缺少更新，多是用网页。有的功能app还不行。其他都的，没扣过税没发生什么问题，只是运费有点小贵。
