I know the bus times for when I normally leave but I had to leave work early and had no way to see when the bus was coming for next pickup as the app was not loading saying server not found. I had to wait and freeze in -33 weather for 30 minutes because I had no way of knowing the bus had just went by

The app told me that the bus was arriving in ~5 mins when in reality it already passed my stop. This issue needs to be fixed asap.

If I buy passes for the physical LT card it almost always ends up on the QR activate section even when I purchase on the LT card fare section, then I’m constantly calling 311 to fix it, which is more inconvenient than how the system was before the new app. I think it’s well intentioned to be more convenient for people but I think a new design of the app that’s more straightforward to people (especially pensioners) would be the way to go here.

App didn’t load any information after many attempts and I was in a rush, kind of frustrating considering the bus tracking system was on google before and was now taken down to put on the app exclusively I’m assuming (which doesn’t work)

This app works sometimes then doesnt. you should make the bus times avaliable on the web browser too not just an app that barely ever works

Please add a way to pay for the buss with my phone or debit card, Apple Pay maybe. Even just a way to add funds to a breeze card! It’s simple just make it so you can buy fares with debit and have it show up as a barcode on the phone screen or something. Way more people would take he bus. No one carry’s cash anymore rapidly change!!!
