Letheia is amazing, it helps keep me grounded and understand my emotions better. The app is easy to use and has great breathing exercises. The games are also fun and useful to distract me when need it. I use it pretty much everyday and I don’t see myself stopping it’s been so useful and helpful

The AI features are surprisingly uplifting, whether it’s guiding me through quick breathwork, giving encouraging feedback, or helping me look back at my mood history, it always feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
