Это худшее банковское приложение из всех существующих, может просто не впускать для оплаты.

Приложение активно рекламируют, но оно не регистрирует новых пользователей, нет смысла скачивать, даже не пробуйте

Ерунда полная, декларируют функционал, ты закидываешь деньги, платишь все комиссии и прямо перед снятием наличных выясняется, что этого сделать почему-то нельзя. Теперь выводить обратно тоже с комиссией.
Как можно не предупреждать об этом клиентов, я не понимаю.

Приложение не работает уже 3 дня во время регистрации ошибка, и она не пропадает. Нет смысла в приложении если не регистрируете пользователей.

Пока не могу зарегистрироваться, код не приходит, повторно-кнопка не работает, обратного шага из этой формы нет.

Даже не дает зарегистрироваться в придожении. Постоянно выдает «неизвестная ошибка». В главном меню нет даже возможности связаться с поддержкой. Полный провал!

В сентябре этого года была в Турции и протестировала все возможности приложения. Пополнение, оплата, снятие наличных в трёх разных банкоматах. Безукоризненно всё работает, за это благодарность разработчикам!

Что с приложением? Почему не работает вход? Есть физическая карта есть виртуальная, в прошлом году все работали, а сейчас пишет старый пароль истек, пытаешься сделать новый по инструкции приложение выдает ошибку!

Верификацию прошли без проблем, с первого раза. На кануне перед вылетом положили кругленькую сумму, чтоб не переживать о валюте. 

В итоге по прилету в Аланию, снять деньги , оплатить QR-кодом не получилось нигде. Приложение выдавало ошибку. Были очень расстроены, надеялись на облегчение оплаты за границей, не нося постоянно при себе денежные купюры.  

После нескольких дней попыток хотя бы снять деньги в банкомате, приняли решение переводить обратно в свой банк. Деньги пришли как и обещали, в течении 5 дней, но на комиссии перевода (что туда, что оттуда) потеряли около 10%.

Может щас у приложения временные трудности, либо мошенничество и заработок на процентах, не знаю. Но не надейтесь на приложение на все 100%, имейте запасные варианты). Мы с мужем приняли решение, что бумажные денежки спокойнее и безопаснее 😁
