Most of the time it will not connect to my four LetPot. Fix the app please! ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2026-06-22, version 4.1.9* I finally got the app to load but continue to have connection issues. My seed starting system says it’s online but App just keeps circling and won’t connect. Support on LetPot website tells me to contact support through the App…. Will never buy from LetPot again. undefined undefined ### 4/5 — Overall a good app however there are issues *2025-06-18, version 3.13.0* I think the best feature about the app is the built-in wiki for a large variety of plants. It allows for easy information look-ups and just general knowledge about plants. In terms of the issues, there are a few minor ones such as typos and some of the directions are a little vague on the physical device. Connecting to the LetPot was also a huge pain. I forgot exactly why it was such a trouble to connect to the device but I just know that it was definitely annoying. Overall its a great device and a great app but could definitely use some improvements. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2025-05-30, version 3.13.0* I haven’t had any issues with the machine. I read the directions carefully, set it up, fired it up and have had no issues so far. My wifi connected to it perfectly but did drop the signal once. I ended up resetting my router and it auto connected itself after that. This is my first time using an indoor grow bed and my oregano is sprouting right on time! I’m so excited. It’s nice to be able to just tap the app and see the progress, change light times, and set timers. Love it. I can't make any adjustments to the LetPot from my app. Every time I try, I get a message saying "go to the let pot panel to make this adjustment" or something like that. This garden device I have cannot really be used without the app other than just hoping the schedule in place is already fine. The seed starter is excellent but the app is useless. I’ve had problems with this company before and their engineers contacted me personally. I can start the pump with the app but that’s it. The device will not sync with the app properly and I can’t set any schedules. All the schedules have been configured in the app, but no matter what I do, the device will not start watering at the given times. The whole point of this app + device was to have a an automated watering system. I’m happy that it tells you the correct amount of time needed for the plants, automatically controls the pump for circulation and the lighting daily. There’s very little that I need to do, filling the water with the correct fertilizer is made easy and these plants are growing like no other plant I’ve grown before!!
