really easy to book but extremely difficult to cancel a class. i called the gym i booked a session in and even they didn’t know how to help me. customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of. regardless, the idea is amazing and the app is very practical but don’t book a class unless you’re 100% sure you’re going.
