Absolutely do not purchase anything through this app it’s awful and extremely difficult to deal with. The refunds team is terrible. If you purchase a refund of your registration don’t expect to get it. You can’t use the calendar unless you follow 3 friends, you can’t see who else is going to an event unless you follow 3 friends… you get the picture. Absolute garbage. You’re not getting my contacts. ### 1/5 — Totally broken *2025-10-10* The app throws an error anytime I try to log in ### 1/5 — Impossible to sign up for races *2025-10-08, version 3.38.0* Tried 4 times to sign up for races, and if you at all scroll down too far, it empties your cart losing all information you’ve entered. ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-10-06, version 3.38.0* You just get caught up in an endless loop of verification emails then the app doesn’t open so you go to their website…then the verification loop starts again ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-10-05, version 3.38.0* Just wants to collect all your contact data and entering an event on the app is practically impossible. Can’t read the text because it overflows the box and if you scroll up/down it’ll refresh the page and send you back to the beginning to start all over again. Gave up eventually. I’m not entirely sure why RAGNAR decided to switch but from the start this has been the most difficult process to register, add participants and now manage the team for our event. I have to allow access to my address book to even see the people on my team not pixelated in the background. Selling my data I suppose but good lord enough.
