The delivery service is bad but the app is great. You can see your food sitting at the restaurant waiting to be picked up. For like an hour. ### 1/5 — Allows delivery service ever!!!! *2021-02-05, version 2.38* Subway is only 6 blocks away and both times I could have walked there, ate, and walked back in half the time my orders took. Both times it took over a hour. The roasted chicken was ice cold and the bread is soggy (even when I didn’t add Mayo the second time). I even sent a complaint the second time that my food is sitting there waiting and they tell me that it’s 25 min prep time (for Subway!!!) Even with that it’s been 38 mins so it’s ready. Took 68 mins before my food got here even. Food services to use are Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, and Food Dudes!!!!! ### 1/5 — Took a Good App and Made it worst *2020-11-08, version 2.38* Was a good app, simple user experience. Was straight forward and then they decided to make it complicated and frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — Really glitchy app *** UPDATE*** *2020-10-15, version 2.36* I get a notification on my phone saying “your order has been picked up by your driver!” When I check the app it says “preparing your order” *** UPDATE **** You’ve updated the app. I saw a search bar in the menu function and some visual changes. All previous bugs remain and I’ve decided to completely switch over to another app. To add more, I’ve tried to use it twice and both times I’ve been required to provide full authentication (name, password, phone#) and wait for a confirmation text. EVERY tome I open the app. I may give it a chance once the developers do proper work on it. The UI slacking is not a major issue as long as it’s useful. But unfortunately this is not the case. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-09-19, version 1.6* App crashes when you try to simply navigate back-and-forth, sends notifications out of order every.single.time (your driver picked up your food and is on the way!... 5 mins later your driver has arrived at the restaurant), cant preview menus of currently closed restaurants, and to top it off they charge restaurants more than other apps. ### 1/5 — Great idea, sooo many glitches and issues to still work out *2020-08-13, version 1.6* While the app is an awesome idea and a massive leap forward in terms of what used to be available on the island it does not measure up to some other technology that has edged into this market gap with it. The app is glitchy and kicks you out when you try searching for a restaurant name, so you have to resort to manually scrolling through to not have the app fail on you. Also, special comments requested by the restaurants (like drink specifications for combos etc) do not show up so a few glitches there too. Hoping that these issues can be worked out because the market is HUNGRY (excuse the pun) for some technology that can live up to their expectations of ease of use in terms of food delivery at their finger tips. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2020-07-26, version 1.6* When trying to search it crashes, it locks up when adding items into the cart and also gives issues trying to log in. Right now it’s not even usable ### 1/5 — Can't login anymore - BUG *2020-05-15, version 1.4* I tried to login in on my iPad and kept getting a "credentials invalid" warning. Went on my phone and tried changing the password, which worked, proving I was trying to login earlier with the right password and it was just a bug. After changing the password, the app logged me out on the phone so I could reenter it, and now I get a "credentials invalid" warning on both devices. The "Forget Password?" option sits right on top of the sign in button and is impossible to click on. The bank think the breach is Let’s Eat. It happened twice. Beware! ### 1/5 — 0 stars! Stole my money! *2024-01-15, version 2.51* AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It would be good if you could pay additional to get a single delivery made rather than the driver delivering to multiple locations before getting to you. The customer service is rude and constantly blaming late and poorly delivered food on the vendor and not themselves. They never update the status of the order because they are driving around delivering too many meals at once. The food usually arrives cold or Luke warm. They don’t update the app so you can’t see what they are doing or where they are. Customer service act like robots and don’t answer your query in full and rather than a police make things up and blame restaurant when it’s actually there fault. The new design is amazing! It’s great for food delivery from the great restaurants in Cayman. Especially Pepper’s which is a favourite and Let’s Eat is the only delivery option for this must try restaurant. But it also now does delivery for convenience items, pharmacy, flowers and baby supplies. And is soon adding groceries. I’ve used the app a few times over the past 4 months hoping it will get better but it looks Iike they have no intention of fixing the app issues. Also, it takes forever to get the food. Feels like more than 40 minutes. I mean these people have a parking lot full of vehicles. Why can’t I get my food in 30 minutes or less. So I am trying out the other food delivery app in Cayman.
