Pido ayuda por whatsapp y me dicen “solicítalo por SMS” cosa que hice desde un inicio y fin, no hubo más comunicación. Entonces ahora ya no puedo pedir la comida para la oficina. Me cancelaron un pedido el 27 de Feb (que ya había pagado con tarjeta), busco la opción de ayuda y para mi sorpresa es un simple número para mandar whatssap, desde ahí ya no me dio confianza pero bueno, les pregunto que cuanto tarda la devolución de la cancelación que el local me hizo y me comentan que tarda 20 días hábiles y hasta hoy (7 de abril) es fecha que no le han devuelto nada. No es el dinero, es la confianza en volver a pedir con ellos, te cancelan así nadamas y se quedan con lo que pagaste y ya no te resuelven, muy mal .
