The app says there’s no availability but is willing to give me a ride to the next town over but can’t pick me up an hour later

Can’t register and horrible to use from smartphone. Too many bugs. Who wasted their time putting this junk together?!

Although app info states they do not track personal info, their detailed backup documents suggest otherwise. Including transferring the right to your info to other states/areas were such activities they pursue to profit off you are allowed; seemingly without needing consent.
Please read their statements on privacy and use of personal info and comment. 
The alleged purpose of this app is to help communities use government aided public transportation, I don't see how the app can justify it's policies toward personal information.
The app itself is hard to use.

not only is the app super finicky, you always see these buses driving around but somehow i can’t ever get anything scheduled due to “no availability” ….
