Would of given 0 stars but couldn’t !!! ### 1/5 — Annoying *2021-03-24* Keeps reverting to portrait when I want to read it in landscape. Bookmarking doesn’t work. App quits for no apparent reason. I download an issue and then it disappears and I have to keep re-downloading. ### 1/5 — Let's knit *2016-01-24* Too many crashes and problems with receiving subscription issues ### 1/5 — Useless *2015-10-30* They claim to have fixed the download problem! What a joke, except I'm not laughing. It's impossible to read the issues in my library as the text continually corrupts and then the whole app crashes. Not impressed at all. ### 1/5 — Very poor support *2015-07-25* This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappeared from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating ### 1/5 — Won't open *2014-12-09* Since the latest update the app won't open. I mainly use my subscription to Lets Knit, but I just get the whirling ring of death and no editions, either old or new are showing. I use a VPN, of course, does your code not allow this with my iPad Pro face recognition sign in? ### 2/5 — I'm having difficulties with the app. *2017-06-14* It won't load, so I've had to delete and reinstall. Then it won't let me log in, so I can access my purchases. It's very frustrating! ### 3/5 — How do I print patterns? *2014-02-16* I have recently downloaded this and purchased a special baby edition, however I can't download or print any of the patterns. The magazine has downloaded and I can view it on my iPad through Newstand, but that's all I can do, I can't do anything else. Pretty disappointing if all I will be able to do is read pattern through my iPad as I prefer to have a printed pattern sitting with me. I have tapped the box with the arrow which appears on the menu at the top of the screen, but the box is empty, there are no options to chose anything. Rather frustrating I have to say since I can't get a print copy of this magazine regularly from my local newsagent in Australia. Unless there is an update which fixes this issue, I don't think I will be subscribing or purchasing any further electronic editions of this magazine. 17/02 Still can't print!!!! This is very frustrating. I won't be subscribing or purchasing any further special items until this is fixed! I was missing my patterns. I love, love , love your magazine, it's fresh, and bright. The patterns are up to date and fun. Thanks for a wonderfully upbeat knitting magazine. :-))) ### 5/5 — Lets knit *2013-01-25, version 2.5.8* I find it a thrill to obtain your magazine each month and its packed with great tips and always has the abbreviation in the same place which I find very helpful. I especially enjoyed making the cowl in January issue.
