Superb, confident, and very pleasant guidance from the marvelous Linda Leclerc - you can't help falling in love with her sweet and playful voice. I missed there being any visuals (drawings or graphics of how to perform the laughter 'exercises') but perhaps this was intentional, so they can be done safely while driving. Simply by laughing along and breathing with Linda’s prompts - you get to feel as if you’ve taken a laughter yoga class or simply a laughter vacation. I initially listened to this app on a 2 hour bus ride which joyfully lead me to “ Destination Laughter “ Linda’s voice and narration makes for the perfect blend of a calm, caring and centered, presence- very guiding and grounded .
