In just 60 seconds, you answer validated questions that show when your responses match guidelines for possible mania, then you receive clear guidance whether everything looks steady or we detect elevated risk. The Take a Pause toolkit lets you launch Screen Time blocks and use the Delay Planner to draft posts or messages before you share them. You can automatically alert your mental health team, caregivers, or emergency contacts whenever you choose, and generate a shareable PDF summary for your mental health team.
