When I first downloaded the app, it wouldn’t even let me open the instruction thing. I gave it a two star because when it did eventually let me get to the stretches. The stretches were OK.

The bell is barely audible. Needs option to pause between stretches.

Great start! 
1.  Give more time between pisitions. When hear the bell I rush to hit "pause" so I can study the new position or get into it then I push play.
2.  Add a "time out" interruption "  My phone's lock screen activates during the 6th stretch session and then I don't get a signal the 30 sec is over.

Wow! I used to be trash at the box game. Now, I get so low, no one can stop me! Last time I played they carried me out of the party on their shoulders like Rudy. Love it.
