## What is Let's ΠΑΠ?

Το Letspap είναι η πρώτη Ελληνική εφαρμογή για την υγεία της γυναίκας. 

Σε  ενημερώνει, για το πώς  μπορείς να παραμένεις υγιής και προστατευμένη από τον καρκίνο του τραχήλου της μήτρας, με μια σειρά μαθημάτων που σχεδιάστηκε με την επιστημονική στήριξη της Ελληνικής Ακαδημαϊκής Ομάδας Μελετών Παθολογίας Τραχήλου (HeCPA Group).
Με το Letspap μπορείς να γνωρίζεις με ακρίβεια τον κύκλο σου, να καταγράφεις τα συμπτώματα που βιώνεις και να λαμβάνεις συμβουλές διατροφής και άσκησης, που θα σε κάνουν να νιώσεις καλύτερα.

Κατέβασε το Letspap  για να μπορείς να :
•	μεταφέρεις το μήνυμα ζωής, για την αξίας της πρόληψης στην καταπολέμηση του Καρκίνου του τραχήλου της μήτρας σε εκείνες που αγαπάς
•	έχεις πρόσβαση σε μια σειρά δια δραστικών μαθημάτων για την πρόληψη του καρκίνου του τραχήλου της μήτρας και του ιού HPV 
•	καταγράφεις  τον κύκλο σου και να ενημερώνεσαι με ακρίβεια για την ημερομηνία της επόμενης περιόδου και για τις ημέρες ωορρηξίας 
•	λαμβάνεις συμβουλές διατροφής που σχετίζονται με τα συμπτώματα σου και θα σε ανακουφίσουν
•	να ενημερώνεσαι για  μια σειρά θεμάτων υγείας όπως η  διατροφή και η άσκηση από επαγγελματίες του χώρου
