When it is connected there is no way to transfer calls to the phone or audio from the watch. I definitely would not purchase again. Speaking of watch faces, the choices are so silly and loud looking. Just a simple digital option with date and day. I gave one for a Christmas gift and kept one for myself. The gift works just fine, but on mine I cannot get any text messages and my time/date display will not stay as I chose. My watch is already connected to the Bluetooth on my phone and the app not being to able to find the Bluetooth or scan the QR code is an App related issue. ### 1/5 — App does not work at all. *2025-11-22* App does not identify watch, does not allow me to remove old watch that broke, does not recognize QR codes at all. No upgrade available UNLESS a watch is paired, but app does not allow me to pair a device. I reached out to tech support several times and no response at all. Don’t buy it! *2026-05-24, version 1.0.4* My watch once worked and now it doesn’t! ### 1/5 — Not Monitoring Sleep *2026-05-07* One of the main reasons I bought this watch was because it would show your sleep patterns. I think it worked once since I’ve had it in the past two weeks. Setting shows it’s not even connected. Meanwhile, I pressed every button I can on the watch and in the app. Not easy to navigate this watch. The little booklet that comes with it is useless. Very disappointed. I’m going to try to call the company or someone tomorrow. PLEASE fix the Letsfit app( it is a known issue with customer service) that it says it doesn’t recognize email address. Customer service sent me the e27 to use with Letsfit life but I want to be able to use the e26 which was much better but worked with Letsfit app. Customer service said it would be fixed but it’s 3 months already ### 1/5 — Won’t stay connected *2026-02-12* Ugh! Letsfit is an excellent choice if you’re looking for something more in watches. Very affordable price and easy to use. Check it out. ### 4/5 — Decent watch *2026-02-06* Decent watch. App is easy to navigate. It will reset all settings when battery gets low. Also, you can’t lock the watch face which is the most infuriating thing to look at it and have a different watch face every time. Just upgraded. What I don’t like about the app is that if I cut my watch off, it reboots the day instead of saving my steps. That’s so aggravating!!!
