Unfortunately, about a year ago the app started consistently malfunctioning and stopped reliably tracking my sleep. I logged out and reinstalled the app, hoping to fix the problem, but I have never been able to log back in. I also cannot create a new profile. After multiple attempts, I eventually gave up. Recently, I decided to try again after nearly a year, but I still cannot log in or create a new account. Since the watch depends on the app to function, the device has essentially become unusable. It’s disappointing because this was once a reliable product that I recommended to family members.
