If you do be prepared to pay shipping and wait a long time for it to show up. **Developer response:** Sorry for the experience, we want to find your card and get you answers. Reach out to support in the app and ask for a team member to look into your shipment directly. ### 2/5 — No status *2026-08-03* I also have had one card shipped and not the others- now there is no status and no one talking on there side I get sent to human support with nothing but silence. PLEASE HELP, THIS APP NEEDS TO BE BANNED ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Collecting the pack *2026-08-20* I have paid attention to my notifications and everything and for some reason it keeps starting over before I could gain the free pack. I check in daily on it. Make sure cause I want to try to get that free pack that you’re supposed to let me rip open and it DEFINITELY hasn’t happened yet and I’ve had the app for over a month. Thinking maybe I just missed the notification or something but NOPE it just starts over ON ITS OWN I SHOULD’VE AT LEAST GOTTEN ONE PACK RIGHT ABOUT NOWBUT NOOOOOO **Developer response:** Checking in daily and watching it reset isn't how it should work. Please reach out to in-app support with your account email so we can look into yours directly and follow up. Inviting a friend also gets you both a free pack in the meantime. ### 1/5 — Can’t delete account and invasive withdrawals *2026-08-17* They refuse to let you delete your account if you have a balance leftover (for example $2.90 which is too small to spend or withdraw). So you have to manually contact support, support will gladly offer to seize your money so you can delete your account. They also allow PayPal deposits but not PayPal withdrawals, instead they require your bank routing numbers, account type, bank, and personal information as the only withdrawal method… yikes. **Developer response:** Thanks for laying this out. More payout methods are something we're exploring, and the verification on withdrawals is what keeps funds from leaving an account that isn't the owner's. On the leftover balance and closing your account - please contact in-app support and we'll sort both out with you. ### 1/5 — No good. *2026-08-11* Pulled the same card 3 times wasting $15/$20 right out the gate. 🚩🚩🚩 Messaged support and all I got was AI chatbot telling me it can’t make assumptions why I’m pulling the same card again and again losing money every time. 🚩🚩🚩 **Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this, we'd like to look into it. They don’t give any new player rewards to even try it to see if it has value. So RIP $5 ### 1/5 — Horrible ship *2026-07-29* They don not hold up to there 21 day max to ship to you … trying to speak to someone in chat you get one answer per day cause one lady (apparently doesn’t know how to do math or understand English to well … i had to breakdown the problem for her like she was a ten year old ..play on rips better odds faster shipments **Developer response:** We're sorry about the delay. The worst among the others similar! *2026-07-26* So far I’ve tested many of those rip packs apps, and no doubts this one is the worst! I see some people left satisfied reviews, but now I don’t believe a word there. Tried to get the card shipped - it’s “pending payment” but doesn’t let to pay for it. Tried withdrawal - doesn’t get it as well. Tried support - useless bot transferred to the team - dead end, no response. Just save your time and your money, learn on my mistake, skip this app and go to the next one! **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Try to go through support for help or refund, but I got my messages read with no response. **Developer response:** Thank you for flagging this! Please reach out through the app we will follow up with you directly. ### 1/5 — Bad communication *2026-07-20* I paid to get a card shipped to me and nothing has been shipped. A contacted their bot chat and it’s giving me the run around. The instructions they gave me to view. My shipping item isn’t in my collection. It’s annoying that they’re just giving me the runaround and they never answer their phone. **Developer response:** We're sorry the hear that. They charge shipping for each individual card that you want to keep. Support sucks. Asked to speak to a human rather than AI support and wasn’t able speak to A human being.
