Now new device continue show driving mode ### 2/5 — Alerts history not good *2025-05-04, version 2.1.8* I’m not able to see my alert history at all, it is showing my 4 months old alert history only not the latest one, and there is no option to clear all or anything like that, so that I can refresh it. ### 5/5 — THE ONLY APP *2025-04-14, version 2.1.8* This is the only app you would need if you are managing a team or having kids going to school and other places. ### 5/5 — Circles are Great *2025-03-22* I use it for family. I’m grateful for their professionalism and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch technical support. ### 2/5 — Worst *2024-07-18* App keeps on closing automatically and when we try to zoom in where the trip ended in history it automatically goes back. And the logo starts driving have to wait until the logo has reached the destination where the trip has ended and then we can zoom and see it. App full of bugs only ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-04-23* I got it installed in my car around 18 months ago. Initially it was working fine. But then i stopped getting notifications when I started my car or turned off the engine. It seemed like the tracker is not working at all. In order to check what's wrong, I opened the app and reset the settings, again for a few days it worked fine but after that, I don't get any notifications. I have to keep on resetting the settings every 10-15 days. NOT RECOMMEND this. ### 1/5 — Ruined the app after update *2024-09-09, version 2.1.1* They’ve literally ruined the app after update. Previous app was easy to use and functional. This is difficult to use and doesn’t work properly. I’ll be cancelling the subscription when this plan expires. Will shift to a some other platform. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with the new version *2024-08-14, version 1.3.63* I am very disappointed with the latest update. Its not user friendly now, because of the complex UX to access the features. The previous version is simple and easily accessible to know the reports/details like KM, fuel report and last 7 days report. Now it is more complex to the reports. Try to change the UX… ### 1/5 — Recent App updated features are not useful *2024-08-10* I have given 3 star because, recently app got updated, and the features are very disappointing as previously features are very helpful like if I park the car it will show idle hours, which is missing in the latest versions and day to day trips it will show kms drive in the previous version, now these 2 main features are missing in the latest version, please try to resolve and make it app as previous version only ### 1/5 — No after sales service *2024-05-23* After waiting for 5 months to get the tracker in my app fixed I am writing the review. My vehicle send notification of starting and stopping of engine but the location dosnt get updated. Spoke with customer care services and they just keep rebooting the device remotely and still the problem is not solved. Then they say that someone from the service team will call and come to check the vehicle device . This dosent happen and you keep waiting and reminding them for the technician visit. This is after having the device in 2 years contract and agreeing to pay for the service visit charges also. Extremely disappointed with the after sale service. Will be looking for other options. Good device destroyed by nonexistantial after sales service .. ### 1/5 — Very poor service *2024-02-15, version 1.3.42* After numerous complaints also the service provided by let’s track is very poor. I have been using this device since last 4-5 months. Sometimes it shows notifications and sometimes it don’t show notifications I will suggest everyone not to buy this company gps device ### 1/5 — Poor performance *2022-08-24, version 1.3.34* when you engine cut you need to call cx support to restore your engine cut and app is not perform properly it always have issue better to go with other options and cx support is also very pathetic they have timing between 9am to 7pm and if you have emergency at night so they don't care you have to take care of yourself they don't provide support after 7pm ### 1/5 — Pretty bad experience. WILL NOT RECOMMEND this. ### 1/5 — Interface upgrade is a really massive downgrade *2020-12-24, version 1.3.19* Its been almost 2 years since the interface upgrade but it has lost all the simplicity and ease of use offered by earlier version. Deciphering vehicle movement history is a humongous task where traffic light stoppages also appear as anchor points. I would really like then to revert to old interface or atleast provide option for the same. ### 1/5 — App crashes down *2020-02-16, version 1.3.7* My app crashes down every time i open a device preview...i have 5 devices linked to my number bt which ever device is opened only one device is shown.. N after clicking on one of the devices it crashes down badly..
