It’s nice to be able to explore new cafes and work-friendly spots without having to keeping spending an arm and a leg to enjoy the space. I’ve found some of my favourite cafes in Dubai through the app. The app had some hiccups at the beginning, but it seems like almost all the issues have been ironed out. It asks you to sign up for a free trial and gives you “free credits” but then these can’t be redeemed on day passes so just sit in your account. They then automatically charge you for a subscription and have been taking money out of my account without my authorisation. Very difficult to cancel and support is not helpful.
