The LetsWork App is by far the best value I have found for entrepreneurs and growing teams. It provides the most access to meeting spaces across the UAE. The staff at the locations my team has worked from are friendly and engaging. It’s user friendly and does not require long term commitments. Most of all, the service from the LetsWork team is customer-centric and quick. They provide quick resolutions to inquiries. They have helped me model packages for my local team and teams of employees that come in from other countries to work for short periods of time. The areas I would like to see them grow is to continue to develop a LetsWork community that engages in business and community initiatives. I have noticed their emphasis on growing their community in 2020 with a number of lunches and business meetups exclusive for LetsWork members, as well as an online communication portal for members - so I am confident they will keep growing their service offerings. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable app *2026-01-29, version 4.3.15* The concept is good, but the maps / and finding a location are unsable as the app crashes each time you click a location to check it out Please fix! ### 1/5 — £130 for an app I used once.. *2025-01-04, version 4.2.2* Signed up for a free trial while in Dubai. Trial credits couldn’t be used for a day pass, charged £30. They automatically renewed my membership, charged £50. I cancelled through the app but they’ve taken another £50 this month... £130 for an app I used once, total scam ### 1/5 — Total rip off *2024-11-15, version 4.1.8* This app is a total rip off. It asks you to sign up for a free trial and gives you “free credits” but then these can’t be redeemed on day passes so just sit in your account. They then automatically charge you for a subscription and have been taking money out of my account without my authorisation. Very difficult to cancel and support is not helpful. Avoid this app. Total scam ### 1/5 — Worst App *2023-12-05, version 2.7.0* Have you ever tried to get a refund from this company? It’s almost impossible and they send you round the houses. Once you fill in your details it deduct forever! Loads of fantastic venues on the app and really well priced. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love the latest iteration! *2026-01-21, version 4.3.15* I’ve been working remotely around the world for years and honestly Letswork is probably the best app that any remote worker could have in their arsenal, especially anyone based in the UAE. It’s nice to be able to explore new cafes and work-friendly spots without having to keeping spending an arm and a leg to enjoy the space. I’ve found some of my favourite cafes in Dubai through the app. The app had some hiccups at the beginning, but it seems like almost all the issues have been ironed out.
