### 1/5 — Mechanics

I disagree when you bounce off and land on another piece of land/grass that you should die as well. I understand with the blue boundary but we should be able to stay alive as long as we don’t touch spikes or blue.

**Developer response:** Hi I agree, so sorry to hear this. I wonder what you hit, send me an email to info@fromnight.com and let me know any issues you had.

### 4/5 — Fun game just needs some polish

*2026-07-01*

The idea is really great but it’s lacking a little in the execution.

Some friction points.

The character has a collision volume that often feels too large and doesn’t respond as you think it should. Could try making the collision slightly smaller than the character

Guide lines need to show a hint of the bounce angle.

You can collide easily with the launch platform you start on which creates a wasted and annoying turn.

Needs more variation in colour for intractable objects. Lots of shades of green at the moment. ( breakable walls should stand out more)

Some levels are too similar with the only challenge being a change of starting position. Feels like padding, would be better to have less levels that are more unique.

A lot of the levels have no border, which removes the fun you’d get by flicking a trick shot and getting unexpected results.

The same word shouldn’t appear again, especially after it has already appeared.

**Developer response:** Hey buddy - thank you so much for the thorough feedback - I'll definitely be adding a bunch of this into the next build. I'm just a solo dev so the time you took is really appreciated. Reach out at info@fromnight.com for anything else. - Nat ( AKA FromNightGames)

### 5/5 — Like Mario, but words

*2026-07-27*

A letter game that has a bit of dexterity, hoppy, fly-y, bouncy to it! Still gives you that brainxercize we’re all craving but with the fun you remember from NES days!

### 5/5 — Fun word game

*2026-07-23*

Clever word game with a nice mechanic. It’s a fresh take on word games and I enjoy playing. It’s it my main rotation.

### 5/5 — A very fun casual game!

*2026-07-19*

A really fun and creative way to level up from a classic word game. I love the number levels, challenges and bosses!

### 5/5 — Great Fun

*2026-07-17*

Very fun game, wish the line where it shows me shooting would show up a little better. I’m not colorblind or anything maybe my eye sight is fading. Just can’t really tell where the line is of where I’m shooting.

**Developer response:** Great point - I will up the visibility on it for sure. Appreciate the 5 star review - very handy for a solo dev!

Had to purchase after trying this out at the Queensland Games Festival. A bit of angry birds, a bit of worldle and a lot of charm.

**Developer response:** Thanks very much for the review, and good to see you at the Games Festival!
