### 3/5 — Praktisch, aber nicht durchdacht.

Die App ist an sich wirklich praktisch und macht es möglich, Briefe mit perfektem Layout zu erstellen. Jedoch gibt es Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten:
Der Absender beispielsweise, bin ja immer ich. Jedoch kann man dies nirgendwo speichern, sodass der Absender bei jedem neuen Brief automatisch erscheint. Stattdessen muss man ihn jedes Mal aufs Neue eingeben. 
So auch das Datum. Es ist immer ein Datum von 2022 eingestellt, welches mühsam geändert werden muss. Besser wäre es, wenn immer das heutige Datum drin wäre, das kann man bei Bedarf dann ja ändern. 
Zuletzt finde ich es blöd, dass man bereits erstellte Briefe nicht in andere Ordner verschieben kann. Man muss zuerst den Ordner erstellen und von dort aus den Brief. 
Alles in allem ist die App eine gute Idee und sehr praktisch aber meiner Meinung nach nicht zu Ende durchdacht. Etwas schade.

Gerne erkläre ich Ihnen die (nicht besonders gut von mir entwickelte) Benutzerführung 🙂

Um einen Brief zu verschieben oder zu kopieren, schieben Sie bitte das Brief Element nach rechts (andere Richtung als löschen). Beim Kopieren eines Briefes taucht auch der unsichtbare Ordner „als Brief Vorlage verwenden“ auf, womit der gewählte Brief die Vorlage überschreibt. 

Um eine Brief Vorlage beim Erstellen neuer Briefe zu nutzen, navigieren Sie bitte im Brief Manager zu den Einstellungen. Dort aktivieren Sie die Option „Brief Vorlage verwenden“ und in ihrem Fall deaktivieren Sie die Option „Datum der Vorlage verwenden“. Direkt unter diesen Optionen befindet sich ein Brief Element, das ihren Vorlagenbrief repräsentiert, den Sie nach Belieben anpassen können. 
Mit den besagten Einstellungen wird ihr Vorlagenbrief immer in den Ordner kopiert, wo sie auf das Plus tippen, ansonsten beim Erstellen von der Ordnerübersicht landet der neue Brief im Ordner „Unkatekorisiert“. Verschieben Sie ihre Briefe danach nach Belieben. 
Mit der deaktivierten Option „Datum der Vorlage verwenden“ wird nun auch immer das aktuelle Datum für den neuen Brief genutzt. 

Probieren Sie gerne auch einen Ordner nach rechts zu schieben, um die Einstellungen des Ordners anzupassen. Dort können Sie den Namen, die Sortierung oder das Symbol auswählen. 

Bei weiterem Klärungsbedarf oder anderen Fragen zur App schreiben Sie mir gerne. Per Email versuche ich immer zeitnah zu antworten um Probleme schnellstmöglich zu klären.

### 4/5 — Love it to five stars, but it need sync with otherr devices

Love it enough for five stars, however it lacks a greatly needed feature, a sync with other devices on the same account. So MAC to IPhone or IPad, This option would enhance to use and allow the user to carry the letters with them where ever they are in the world or continue them on the move. Really hope to see this in the next update. Well worth the fee
Other notes to mention
Post code isn't formated in the address for all country styles ie UK
The templates are a little complex, however workable
The option to delete folders would be nice

Bin mit der App an sich sehr zufrieden. Leider habe ich das Problem, dass mir angezeigt wird, dass ich die Vollversion noch kaufen soll, obwohl ich diese gekauft habe. 
Ist dies normal oder gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

Einwandfrei und ohne etwas zu bemängeln. Der Support meldet sich umgehend. Daran sollten sich viele Entwickler ein Beispiel nehmen.

Fünf Sterne von mir, die viel zu wenig sind, zuerst schon mal für den Service.
Ich liebe diese App ich bereue keinen Cent für diese App 1,99 € für die App und 6,99 € für die Vollversion ist voll gerechtfertigt. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen egal in welcher Art man Briefe schreiben muss.

Ich nutze diese App seit Jahren. Bin sehr zufrieden damit. Einige Neuerungen fehlen zwar noch, aber ich hoffe auf Umsetzung. Entwickler reagiert auf Anfragen und versucht auch Hinweise umzusetzen. Für mich super Einstellung.

Perfekte Briefe App, die ständig erweitert wird. Der Entwickler gibt sich unendlich Mühe bei der Barrierefreiheit und es ist ein wirklich gutes Programm entstanden. So eine App kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Man spart sich auch die mühevoller Arbeit mit Office – Programmen. Sie ist für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen gut bedienen Bar. Falls irgendwo ein Fehler auftritt, hilft der Entwickler sofort weiter. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit und schnelle Antwort!

Simply select the recipient, desired paper size, and optionally the sender, to generate a PDF that can be sent to your printer. 
Available paper sizes include: DIN lang, A4, B5, C4, C5, C6, US Letter
