## What is Lettergram?

The replay is the part no other word game has.

When a friend sends you a Lettergram, you don't just get their score — you watch them play. Every word traced onto the board in real time, in the rhythm of their thumb — the fast finds and the long, searching pauses. Scrub it back, speed it up 1x or 4x, or flip to side-by-side and run both games on one timeline. You see the words they found, the order they found them in, and the ones you both walked right past.

Here's how a round works. Mint a fresh board — twenty-five letters in a 5×5 grid, three minutes on the clock. Trace words with your finger: any direction, any shape, every path counts. When time's up, send the board to one friend straight from the share sheet.

They get the identical grid, face-down, and play it cold. No spoilers, no head start — the letters only appear when their own clock starts. Their reply closes the round, and your next board opens a new one.
