Tried to send a letter while deployed to my girlfriend was pending the whole time and no response from customer service whatsoever this app is horrible shouldn’t be downloaded deserves to be deleted it’s a scam

I “made” two “instant” letters for $6 but they have been pending for half a month now. So I don’t think this is real. I’ve emailed the developers, a full week with no response.

Wrote and paid for mailing a letter to my mom... it sits as “pending” after a week. Despite 10 attempts to contact customer support there has been ZERO response. Their customer service is non existent. I don’t believe there are any humans at Lettrix.

When traveling around and you forget to buy post cards you can pull this out and create a postcard in minutes and get them mailed out while on the flight back home.  Great job!

Amazing lettrix app. very useful and helpful app. i can write letter and they print it in usa. very good app. i love this app. Devloper do very hard work on it.

Amazing app, with Lettrix you can send post cards, letters and even business letters, it will be printed and then delivered for you. This is a great idea, good job guys.
