I've tried every CRE tool that promised to fix my workflow and mostly they just added a new place to check. This one didn't. I ask it where a deal stands and it tells me, pulled straight from my own pipeline, not some canned answer. The diligence checklist ended the Monday morning scramble of
"wait, who had that." My team closed a deal two weeks faster than our usual pace last month and I'm not convinced that's a coincidence. Ten years in this business and I finally stopped dreading the admin side of it.
