Push Notifications: Get alerts for new and updated issues and related activity. Tapping a notification opens the Issue Detail screen (including after Login, or when the app was closed). 2. Inbox Unread Tracking & Clear All: On the Inbox tab, see unread counts and use Clear all to clear unread notifications in one step. 3. Rich Description Editing: On New Issue, New Hazard, New Incident, and Log Entry, format descriptions with a toolbar instead of plain text only. 4. Comments Experience: On the Issue Detail screen, enjoy smoother comment writing with better keyboard handling and a cleaner comments section. 5. Opening an issue from a notification (or the in-app issue banner on Dashboard) now correctly clears that entry from the Inbox screen and marks it as read on the Issue Detail screen. 2. The home-screen app icon badge now clears properly when you open or return to the app. 3. Unread count badges on the bottom Inbox tab are aligned correctly. 4. On New Issue, New Hazard, and New Incident, editing an entry no longer adds noisy “unchanged” activity history, and empty values show as N/A. 5. The Due Warnings screen layout and keyboard spacing work more reliably. ### 1.4.5 — 2026-06-16 [BUG FIXED]: Fixed an issue on iOS where attachments could not be properly uploaded or deleted due to deprecated file handling methods. Attachments in issue details now work reliably across all iOS versions. ### New: Date Restrictions on Entry Forms – Date and time pickers across Log, Hazard, Incident, and Issue creation forms now prevent selecting future dates, ensuring all recorded entries reflect accurate, real-world timestamps. ### 1.4.4 — 2026-06-03 What’s New Fix: Resolved an issue where attachments uploaded while creating a Hazard entry were not visible after the entry was created. ### 1.4.3 — 2026-03-25 Enhancement: Added support for HEIC, HEIF, and AVIF file uploads while creating a new entry Improvement: Moved the logout button to the top of account settings for easier access.
