There were no instructions about how and when to dose (just constant rebukes about how I’d failed), no instructions about how to correct what I was doing wrong, there was no juice icon that the website said I was supposed to be able to use to bring up the low sugar. There was no information about how to get help on the app. My son is Type 1 and I know no more now than I did before I started.
