I was skeptical at first. I had tried therapy before and it never stuck. A friend told me about Level Up Spot and I figured I had nothing to lose. Booking through the app was so easy, I had my first session scheduled in under 5 minutes. The peer support specialists actually listen. They have been through real things and it shows.
