Then I got one and had real time results. It was in my face when I chose eat chips at night or a pasta dinner. Wow. Small changes they have on the app changed everything. Now I can have pasta as a side dish and more toward the end of the meal. Chips yes but not when I’m hungry and need food. My A1C is lower and I’ve lost 6 pounds because of the Libre 2.
