I’ve owned my LevelMate Pro for over a year now and it works great. Easy to install and easy to use.

However, the Apple Watch app doesn’t work great. You need to have your phone connected to the device, and the Apple Watch mirrors this information off of your phone. There is a huge lag for the information to transfer from your phone to your watch, which is not practical. Therefore, I still use my phone with the LevelMate pro, even after purchasing the Apple Watch app.

I’ll never use the Iwatch app but How about Apple CarPlay? Would be nice to see it up on the car screen instead of holding the phone. 
So far so good. Just a few mins in setup and hopefully won’t have to worry again and it my camper’s level.

This is a great APP, especially when parking yourself without help. With more apps available on CarPlay allowing us to put our phones in a charger and compartment while driving, it would be great if this App also was Apple CarPlay friendly.

Worked great the first few times then stopped connecting. Brand new batteries with phone touching the leveling unit and it won’t connect. Going in the garbage and for me it’s back to manual leveling.

Might work 1 out of 10 times i use it. The majority of the time it fails to connect. I've had problems both with Galaxy 21 and IPhone 14. The Levelmate is installed in a cabinet in the front of my 26ft travel trailer.

It worked great for three seasons.  Now (with fresh battery) it seems to forget level settings in a few hours once you are to next camp.  I have the version with a power switch and turn if off when camped.   I may need to try a new battery but it’s brand new battery now shows all full power bars in the APP

I thought it saved settings even with battery removed (at least I thought so)

Maybe Tennessee heat this summer killed the electronic components

Really awesome idea. And it does get you close but it seems the repeatability of “level” is not quite there. Pretty sure that has more to do with what the app is reading than the app itself but that is splitting hairs. It just doesn’t quite do what it’s supposed to.

For the first year, the LevelMatePRO worked great. Since then, I’ve been having connectivity problems. It’s as if it won’t connect at a range greater than 5 feet away. I also wish, when it did work, that there was an Apple CarPlay app. I know that the back up camera would override the screen, but a lot of times. I’m pulling forward when I’m trying to get level.

After paying to have the app added to my Apple Watch,  you will find out that the Watch will not work without being close to a phone attached to the device, and running the app.
If I need to have my phone with me, why in the world would I pay $16 to put it on my watch??

It’s great when & if it works.  Our unit came pre-installed & hard-wired on our 2022 travel trailer.  It worked a couple of times & I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread, but now cannot even get it to connect to the app.  Tried turning trailer batt off & on based on recommendation from customer service as well as reinstalling app but no joy.  If it was a AA batt unit I would seek refund, but that’s not an option since it’s hard-wired.  Just not dependable.

I spent $100 on this and the app is terrible. The Apple Watch upsell cannot be dismissed and seems to block most user interactions. Performance issues and crashed during setup. Also, the keyboard should avoid the inputs on the setup view so you can see what you’re typing. Amateur hour.

Will not connect most of the time.  When it does connect it shows perfect level when it is not level.   Then suddenly it gives the correct info.    Then wrong again.  You cannot rely on it to work.  I will return this and buy another brand.

This LelelMatePro+ has not been able to maintain level in its memory if I move the RV. Tests ok everyday if it’s left sitting still. LevelMate giving me the ignore after only 60 days in service. Do not recommend this device or LevelMate.

I’ve used the LevelMatePRO for years and I love the device itself.  The phone app is responsive and usable, the watch app is the polar opposite!   Best I can tell, it updates the level parameters every 30secs (at best).  Completely unusable is real life to level a RV, unless you want to spend 15-30mins waiting for each change to update, make an adjustment, and wait again.  This is nothing more than a money trap!  No refunds, no performance, no way out.  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!   Stick with the device and phone app ONLY.  Shameful!

Have had my device for 7 months. It was still in the original box because I did not have a good surface to use for setup. 
Began the setup process 2 days ago and all was well until I needed to register the device in the app. Well…I had no keyboard! It’s impossible to register without a keyboard. 
I did all the normal fix it routines, turned phone off and rebooted, reset keyboard, deleted app and reinstalled (three times). 
Left with the conclusion the problem is with the app.

I have a Levelmate Pro, and found that you now support the Apple Watch, but if I’m reading this correctly, you require us to completely replace the product we have with the new Levelmate Pro + for $140 in order to use it? 

If so, you’ve lost a customer. I’d be happy to pay a reasonable upgrade fee for the software, but we both know that there’s nothing in that black box that a watch app could possibly require to function. You would be lying to say this is anything but a business decision. That’s no way to treat your existing customers. Your product is no longer the only option.

Long time user of the LevelMatePRO. Got a pop up in the app to enable Apple Watch support. Recently got a Apple Watch so went ahead and purchased. Turns out the watch is only a feature of the LevelMatePRO Plus. Extremely misleading. If the non-Plus version doesn’t support the watch, don’t offer it as an in-app purchase. Tricked into paying for something I can’t use.

I’ve owned my LevelMatePRO device for several years and love it. I recently sold our trailer and purchased a Class C motor home with an automatic hydraulic levelling system.  The auto levelling works OK but I still use my LevelMatePRO to fine tune my level. Simply the best RV accessory we’ve purchased.

I can’t believe some of the reviews. After using the LevelMatePRO+ for over a year now with no problems.  Unlike some reviews it connect from the front of my trailer to the cab of my F250 with no problems. I have been RVing for a long time now and don’t know how I would ever go back to leveling without this product. Just read about the update and what a great idea to add the flashlight. You are doing a fantastic job!

I’m not really sure what’s up with all the negative reviews. I’ve been using the LevelMate Pro+ for over a year, and it works fantastic. I’ve never had connection problems, set-up was super easy and I’ve found it to be indispensable. I think one feature I appreciate the most is that I don’t have to guess how much lift one side needs. It’s all right there in the app. I guess try it out and see if it works for you. Maybe the negative reviews might have some user error involved ?

The biggest challenge is the initial calibration - getting the vehicle level with the slide(s) out 😉.  Once it’s calibrated, using it is a breeze.
