## What is Levelweight?

Levelweight is a calm weight app for iPhone. It reads the weight, steps, and active energy you already have in Apple Health and turns them into a smoothed trend line, a current rate of change, and a forecast — always shown as a range, never a single number or a single date.

No food logging. No calorie counting. No gamification. Just an honest read on where your weight is actually heading.

WHY A SMOOTHED LINE, NOT TODAY'S NUMBER
Your scale bounces day to day with water, sodium, and hormones. Levelweight applies trend smoothing to your raw weigh-ins so the real signal is visible — your raw entries stay on the chart too, never hidden. Miss a day or two and the picture still holds.

ACTIVITY EXPLAINS THE SHIFTS
When your rate of change moves, Levelweight shows why, using the steps and active energy already in Health — automatically, with zero logging required. This is the piece other trend apps don't have.

A FORECAST BUILT ON REAL METHODOLOGY
Most weight apps predict a single target date using a flawed rule of thumb. Levelweight's forecast is a range, approximated from the published NIH/Kevin Hall Body Weight Planner methodology — not the outdated 3,500-calorie-per-pound rule.

A CALM GLP-1 LOG
Taking semaglutide or a similar GLP-1 medication? Log your injection date, dose, and site, and see it overlaid on your trend chart. No streaks, no badges, no celebratory push notifications — clinicians have specifically warned against gamifying this, so we don't.

FREE, FOR REAL
The trend line, the forecast range, Apple Health sync, and full CSV export of your raw and trend data are free from day one — not a trial. Levelweight+ (monthly or annual) adds the GLP-1 log, the activity overlay, seasonal and year-over-year views once you have enough history, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, an Apple Watch complication, and multiple goal tracks.

YOUR HISTORY STAYS YOURS
Apple Health is the source of truth, so reinstalling the app never loses your history. There's no account, no login, and no server — everything runs on your device.

Levelweight isn't a calorie counter, a food diary, or a gamified weight-loss app. It's a calm, honest read on your real trend.

Levelweight+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
