In order to get the order details I have to go to Help center -> Returns and then enter the order number and email id/mobile number. Why can't you simply make the details available in Orders!! ### 5/5 — 501 Original *2025-12-06* Finally I became lucky to buy my first 501 Original denim jeans. It was not available in my size as it kept sold out often. Which attracts with fancy offers and product. When you place the order and paid, your order won’t be in track. No email communication too. Their delivery partner is so pathetic in India. They don’t even try to attempt to deliver. This fraud app will never deliver any product. I tried to exchange it, but the required size was always out of stock. I emailed customer support multiple times and never received a proper response. Every time I tried to call, the line was constantly busy. Because of these delays and poor customer service, the return/exchange window has passed, and now I’m stuck with a shirt I can’t use. Very disappointed with this experience.
