I’ve switched to another email account, and it glitched on the new account discount, I had to call them for a working code. And now that I have to return one of the sizes, it is back to not recognizing the new email (even tho I’m logged in with it), or the order number (which is in the order history!). The stupid AI chat doesn’t understand the problem, and it’s taking way too much of my time to get thru the problems caused by not wanting to have enough humans in customer service to solve the problem quickly. Many smaller denim companies have much better functioning apps.
