No way of contacting them either - their support address doesn’t work as the website isn’t registered. Very frustrating ### 3/5 — Subscription *2025-02-12, version 1.6.0* Trying to buy the subscription but app keeps crashing. Good app not working though. Would avoid until fixed. You get your 1 week free trail then can’t access anything. ### 3/5 — Won’t let me go premium *2025-01-27, version 1.6.0* Have tried to go premium but app keeps crashing, seems like a good app but won’t let me buy so not a good way to run a business ### 1/5 — App Shuts Down *2025-01-10* A couple of things that have driven my 1 star review. First, I downloaded the app and created an account on day one but wasn’t ready to start a program. They advertise a 7 day free trial, but do NOT advertise that the trial starts as soon as you create an account. When I started the program I was interested in 6 days after creating my account I wasn’t able to view the program after my first workout and was asked to pay for a membership to view further content. Secondly, I figured I’d go ahead and pay for the content and see how the first month went, but when I clicked the link in the app to pay the app completely shut down. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in. I’ve shut down the app I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. With every solution I come up with though I’m unable to get a full membership. I think the programming seemed perfect from what I could see so I’m pretty disappointed that I can not use the app. I also tried to go through their website but it just refers you back to the app. ### 5/5 — Couldn’t be better *2024-12-05, version 1.6.0* Amazing app very well laid out with good programmes especially the HYROX PRO programmes ### 3/5 — Can’t edit workout entries *2023-10-23* I just started using the app and it seems great overall, except that I inadvertently entered workout information on the wrong date in one of the programs and the app won’t let me edit the entry. Users should be able to unclick the “I completed this workout” button and otherwise edit entries. Also, I’m having to raise the issue here because I can’t find a link or info in the app to get support. ### 3/5 — Levls Apps - way too expensive *2023-10-16, version 1.6.0* Great concept way way too expensive. Trainer road is a cycling product utilising AI as well as goals to recommend cycling training plans. They have realtime app to control and record your workout as well. This costs less than an app that you pick a generic block of training based on your own choice. If this was priced correctly this would be a great product, all opinion but this is £15 a month too expensive. At this price its more than either of my monthly gym costs. ### 4/5 — I like the concept but needs improving *2023-04-06, version 1.6.0* Whilst I like that your able to track your progress with the different tests and it gives you a quantifiable score for your fitness, I have found that the programs I have followed to be lacking. Because I don’t want to spend 5 days a week in the gym, I have opted for the 3 day options. However what I have noticed is that the 3 day options are essentially the 5 day programs with 2 days deleted. For example, last week I had back squats on my day 1, today (day 8 of Levls 30) it had flipped to front squats with a comment on using or increasing the weight from last week. But that doesn’t make sense, as my front squat is likely to be weaker than my back squat. Also, it would be good if the app could work out the percentage of weight you need to use for certain lifts. This could be done by having an algorithm tracking the weights that have been entered during each workout. Plus, I have found myself becoming a little bored of it. Overall, I would guide people towards this app as it has so many programs on offer so likely to have something for you but for me it hasn’t quite hit the mark ### 5/5 — Training with accountability *2022-07-04, version 1.1.0* Great app, with a great idea for everyone to be able to track and progress with their training. Testing is so important in tracking progress, this app gives you access to various fitness tests so you can see how you are progressing with your performance. Also the app has training programs, all in one place! Making your training more effective with accountability of your testing to keep you on the right track. ### 5/5 — Where gainz are made!! *2022-03-06, version 1.0.7* Awesome app. Very easy to follow.
