Not intuitive. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-12-25, version 1.1.3* This is a garbage app and the $300.00 plus hub is worthless. Totally stuck in a loop where the SSID broadcast from the Hub is not the same as shown in the in App directions. The App will also not recognize the SSID to connect. Documentation and support is severely lacking and looks like it was written by the intern. In fact this Hub and App look like the entire project was given to interns with zero supervision. I can do better with Home Assistant and some code from GitHub. Bottom line don;t. waste your time or money. ### 3/5 — Work great but.. *2024-11-17, version 1.1.3* We purchased these blinds in July. Had no issues at all pairing with the hub or with Alexa. Would give them 5 stars, until just this last week. Every other day, the app just deletes our hub and blinds, making us go scan the hub and reconnect and name all the blinds again. Becoming very frustrating. Will update my review if I can get this issue resolved. Overall, we love these blinds. Just this minor issue at the moment. The remote still works for all of them. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2024-07-27* My LEVOLOR zebra shades work well with the remote but my experience with the in-motion app and smart hub has simply been horrible. Was able to get everything connected and functioning as expected. It all suddenly stopped working 3 days later. I made no changes to WiFi network settings or anything. The app now crashes constantly and the hub blinks green after multiple resets and pairing attempts. USELESS! ### 1/5 — Not worth the investment *2024-07-23, version 1.1.2* Save your money on the hub. The best I have done is get 1 of 16 blinds connected and even then it doesn’t provide basic functionality. Using 2.4ghz as directed, tried over and over and over. Will not connect. The instructions and support are virtually not existent and any failure just blames the user (I.e. pairing failed. You probably entered your password wrong or are too far from the router). Some of the instructions are just wrong (I.e. hold pairing button on shade until you hear a beep and my shades don’t beep). I can see someone getting really discouraged. At $200 this thing should work out of the box. App has all the features I would expect. I’ve been excited to be able to tell Alexa to open my blinds when I wake up and go to sleep. I can not do this is I’m left to use the remote. I did not buy electronic shades to use a remote. I bought electronic shades to use my voice. Which is some thing that your company claimed was possible if you purchased a hub. I purchased a hub with my shades and spent three hours trying to get the hub to connect to my Wi-Fi. It won’t connect to my Wi-Fi. Good quality, shades though it’s a shame. I spent $800. I will not be recommending this company to anyone who wants motorized blinds that are voice activated. ### 1/5 — False Advertisement *2023-08-29, version 1.0.6* App says that it works with IFTTT. They were very efficient, organized, kind, and friendly. They respected our space and cleaned up after the installation. LOVE the new blinds, husband does night shifts and needs blackout blinds. I like having the app to set different time so i can wake up to the light but than they go right back down for my husband. They have exceeded my expectations. 10/10 ### 5/5 — Works fine *2026-05-02, version 1.1.5* Giving 5 stars because this app works fine and doesn’t deserve the low 2.5 rating it has now. It setup fine and I can set my wakeup and sleep positions for my shades. ### 5/5 — Works fine for me despite negative reviews *2026-03-14, version 1.1.5* Was very skeptical of this product when I was researching blinds because of all the bad reviews. For me, pairing was easy and programming worked fine. It seems like others have struggled with the 2.4/5ghz issue, but I just plugged it in and it was programmed within 3 minutes. We set the blinds to move with sunrise/sunset and they have worked for a few weeks that way. ### 5/5 — Works Great! *2024-08-26, version 1.1.2* Honestly I didn’t have high expectations after reading the reviews but the app and pairing has worked great for us. We had some problems with getting a few shades to pair but discovered if you have them charging when you pair the shade it works perfect. Might be an issue with a low battery straight out of the box. Follow the directions and the pairing is easy. Well done. ### 4/5 — Works great *2026-07-17, version 1.1.5* Surprised with all the bad ratings on this app. I was expecting nothing but trouble, it was quite olllsire. It connected each of my shades without any trouble. I did with the remote. I was pleasantly surprised with all the features to control the shades. I haven’t tried the scheduling feature (Roytines). Only problem I had was with Alexa Skills. When I click connect from app, it does not do any thing. I had to go to Alexa and search for Lovelor skill and run it. Once I ran, it connected and shades work great with Alexa including Scenes. Now I can operate with remote or Alexa. ### 4/5 — Awesome App. *2024-07-22, version 1.1.2* Awesome App. Paired right with the cellulars the first try no issues. Ive had my cellulars a week and absolutely love them! Worth the investment. 1 gripe: There is no HomeKit Support. With something this expensive and something that will be used for a whole home window treatment solution I don’t understand the decision to go with Siri Shortcuts that only work under personal automation shortcuts as oppose to full HomeKit integration where automation works with anyone giving the command. I had to make a bunch of Siri Shortcuts then share each then with my household just so everyone could have some voice control. Not a great setup experience imo. I’d at least like the choice to add to home kit. ### 4/5 — Finally got it to work *2024-05-08, version 1.1.2* I was pulling my hair out for a couple of days until I decided to try something different. When connecting the shades to the app, the directions say to hold the pairing button on the remote until the shade moves or beeps. They moved, but would not connect to the app. I decided to try pushing the pairing button once, quickly and not holding it down. It WORKED! You have to do this twice before hitting “next” on the app. The shades are now connected and working with the hub and the app. I hope maybe this helps someone else. I gave it a 4 star because the directions could be clearer and there is no option for help, except for the chat, in case they do not connect.
