- Rebuilt routines. Build your morning from a bigger library, size it to the day, drag to reorder, and set how long each step should take. Your live morning flow walks you through it.
- Recovery that respects rest. Nap and sleep-cycle timers, a custom duration, and a sleep-deficit catch-up for rough nights. No guilt.
- Blockers, reimagined. "I want to get up" is now a gentle tap-through instead of a wall of text.
- Insights. See which tools worked and which mornings went well, over a week, a month, or all time.
- A weekly goal that tracks the mornings you showed up for.
- Friendlier first run, with quick walkthroughs on the wake screen.
