The app opens then closes. It also doesn’t save the names of devices and we have seen this app grey out devices that we can’t control even with a switch. The more updates we get the more problems they create. This really concerns us since our whole home was build with this technology and sadly isn’t reliable like a wired connection. The people at Levven have been kind and helpful but we still continue to have issue after issue. **Developer response:** Hi, this is Sam from the development team. It takes me three seconds to walk to my light switch versus waiting 5 minutes for my app to run through its processes. **Developer response:** Hi JGaul, this is Todd from the development team. Or you can only pick one or other and cannot customize a time without running lights all night . Poorly designed and thought out app and hard to navigate. **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback, venom7stryke. It sounds like the scheduling and timer options aren't giving you the control you need, and that's a fair criticism. We're actively working on making automations a more flexible system, including better customization for time-based triggers and events. Our team can help in the short term, and your feedback will go straight to the people working on the next round of improvements. — Levven Team ### 1/5 — Tired of being a beta tester (or so it seems) *2025-12-15* I really wish my builder had used some real light switches with wires in the wall, instead of this absolute train wreck of a solution. The app is completely unusable.. signs out all the time, loses the controller (!), and asks the QR code to be rescanned upon login. For $50/controller, this is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like ripping out all these things out of the walls and just running some traditional light switches myself. At least then I can install Leviton or something a little bit more reliable if I want WiFi connected switches. This is just not it. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Worthless *2024-09-15* This app is a joke. It does not work. ### 1/5 — Worst possible app since upgrade *2023-07-25, version 4.1.0* This app never displays the accurate data about which devices are on/off. It takes atleast a minute to just open the app. And the worst thing is the support from the Levven. ### 1/5 — Update ruined app *2023-01-04* The latest update broke the app. I can no longer log in to even try to control my lights when I had absolutely no problem before. ### 1/5 — App is not working *2022-12-30, version 4.0.13* Updated app is not opening, Even though I am trying to login its not working. ### 1/5 — Something happened *2022-12-15, version 4.0.13* This app used to work. Then they updated it and noting now. It just stands on the opening screen. Useless. I deleted it and re downloaded it multiple times and it still does nothing. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Useless App *2022-07-09* Never works or stays connected. Avoid this junk app at all costs ### 1/5 — Buggy software *2021-12-09, version 3.4* Assigned labels to 24 light fixtures and all of them reset. Now I have to go through the process again. Called the "support" phone line over a week ago. Haven't heard a thing back from them. Not sure if it's worth the hassle. Disappointed to say the least. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with Google home *2021-08-01, version 3.4* This app doesn’t work with Google home. Man does that make life super nice! Tons of great features that I’m still learning. We’ll done Levven👊 ### 5/5 — Slick, simple, obvious. *2021-01-17, version 2.9.4* Wow. Bought Levven when I was building my cabin to make wiring process simpler. That was certainly the case, but now that we are using it, the ease of adding or changing what switches operate what devices has been invaluable. I also like the ability to operate from the app. It is very easy to use, and helps me light things up for theft deterrence, but also prior to our arrival on dark winter afternoons. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2019-12-30, version 2.2* This app and the new Levven Q brings all the Levven Controls experience to the highest level. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Show Gateway *2021-10-09, version 3.4* Whenever I try to turn my lights off in my room the app never shows my gateway to let me do so. But if someone else try’s they actually see the gateway and can turn them off. And it only seems to be in my room that I can’t see the gateway. And support doesn’t show anything to help fix this. ### 2/5 — Spotty a best *2021-05-24* This app works well until it doesn’t. I updated it and now I can no longer have the controller connected via the cloud.
