## What is Levywise?

Your strata manager keeps ignoring the leak, and the special levy keeps climbing. Tribunals look at evidence, not complaints. Levywise helps you build the record that holds them accountable.

Levywise is a private, on-device evidence organiser for the individual Australian lot owner in dispute with an owners corporation, strata manager or committee. It is not strata-management software and it is not affiliated with any owners corporation or government body. It is your own record - by-law breaches, special-levy disputes and repair delays, documented as they happen, ready for Fair Trading mediation or an NCAT, VCAT or QCAT hearing.

THE PROBLEM
Owners-corporation disputes are won and lost on the paper trail. The manager who "never received" your complaint, the levy raised without proper notice, the repair promised for months - by the time you reach a tribunal, the details have blurred. The strata apps on the store are built for managers and the whole owners corporation, not for the single owner trying to hold them to account.
