I’ve been trying to connect to this app and it won’t work now. Earlier it did but fingerprint won’t work either and now it’s doesn’t connect at all.

We’ve been able to use this app with our scooter just fine for the past month.  However starting yesterday it won’t connect to the scooter.  It keeps giving me the connection screen but it won’t connect, then it asks me for the password and I put it in but that’s not working either.  And for some reason it won’t unlock anymore with my fingerprint.  
I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods recommended and nothing is working.

I tried the connection instructions which never did much for me and had to delete the app several times to try to connect and wouldn’t take the password, among other things

The top speed on my scooter is 19MPH. The specs for the RZ1000 indicates the top speed should be 31MPH when set to RACE mode. Not happy with the misguided information provided.

My odometer doesn’t go past 86 miles.  Rode it to 103 miles recharged it and the odometer is back to 86 miles.
