This is the absolute junkiest app I have on my phone. Always have problems logging in as it just reloads app saying updating. Try to change password because it expires and it says invalid although I know I’ve never use the password before it had lower case upper case a number and a symbol. Deleted the app and redownloaded and it let me change it to the same thing I just tried. Get that all done close the app and relogged in just to be sure and an hour later tried to log back in and it says user is locked out.

This app worked perfect for me before the update, but since then I can't even get past the login process. It doesn't recognize any device. I did "validate"(?) my device (iPhone) through the website like it suggests to do but it still isn't listed. Trying now to delete the app altogether and re-download to see if that works. If it does then I will change my review at that point, but so far it's not going so great!!
*Update: Still not working, FYI. App support only redirects you back to the website, which I have already tried.

App worked fine but last 2-3 months when I click to open the app it stays saying updating goes to 100% and does this repeatedly. Close app and redownload same thing. Doesn’t stop until I leave it alone for a full day sometimes 2-3 days.

Before the update I never had problems with the app. Now I cannot even login without an error message of some sort. PLESE FIX THE ERRORS!!

Please, PLEASE do whatever you need to do to enable this app to be viewed in landscape view!!  I’m begging you.....I realize this is “technically” an iPhone app - but, please understand there are many of us out here using tablets.....and when you are using a 12” screen / HAVING TO turn to profile is HORRIBLE!!

Have been using this app for over a year now and it is so nice. Easy to transfer money between accounts without having to call the bank.
