Same message as of 10.09.23 ### 1/5 — Persistent Error Message *2023-08-25, version 3.1.5* Used the app quite a lot when had various trades people around, most recently in July and it worked fine. Tried to use at end of August and unable to purchase vouchers-keep getting an error message ‘Unfortunately we encountered a problem. Please try again later. When opening the Purchase Vouchers section. See that others have reported similar issues. Please fix!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t deal with resident permits. *2023-06-07, version 3.1.5* I was told by Lewisham you could adjust ‘protected vehicle’ but you can’t. ### 1/5 — Has stopped working for me *2023-05-25, version 3.1.5* This app hasn’t been working for me for a couple of months now. I keep receiving an unexpected error when trying to purchase new vouchers, making it completely impossible to buy new vouchers in the app. I’ve seen somebody else has reported a similar problem. When I try to log out it says “logout failed”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it’s dtill the same. Basically my old credentials no longer work, tried to create a new account on-line and get an error “500, something wrong with our servers”. Then tried to create using this app’ but when you comes to enter your details it doesn’t have the field names, what is the data that I’m expecting to add into these fields, basic, basic stuff. I would fire these developers and look elsewhere! Incredibly unprofessional.. ### 1/5 — Does not recognise my login! *2022-04-25, version 3.0.10* The website is painful so I thought I would try the ap. triple checked my login and it returns “invalid credentials” Do not waste your time. ### 1/5 — Still hopeless *2022-03-10, version 3.0.10* Got an email saying they had updated this - can’t see any improvement. Still looks looks and works like a school project. You can’t use stored favourite vehicles (it asks you for the plate number again). It doesn’t scale if you use larger type face so you have to guess what has been cut off in the labels. You have to be fluent in jargon to identify terms such as “VRM”. You still have to buy and activate permits separately. Hopefully it actually stays online a bit more frequently, but at this point Lewisham’s perseverance with this system seems to be digging while still in a hole 🤷🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Total utter garbage *2022-02-16, version 3.0.7* Doesn’t work. Can’t add permits, the “+” button just doesn’t work. Also not carried over any permits already purchased through the equally garbage Lewisham website despite using the same log-in details. Much as I’d love to pay for parking for visitors (I really don’t) I can’t cos this doesn’t work and the website is also broken. Sort it out! My cat could make a better app than this and she’s dead. ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2022-01-26, version 3.0* Awful ap. Really poor user experience. Doesn’t save visitors for easy rebook. Doesn't show any vouchers, doesn't let me see the account. Message: "come back later". I have come back several times over the last few months, it never works! I complained over the phone, solution provided: use the website! Great, why have an app? why not update it? either update it or thrash it! No, there is no reason to be proud having an app and ignoring the fact that you get mostly 1 star reviews. I used it for year in the past and recently, in the last three months, started to have problems. I downloaded it again several times but it is still not allow me to pay the tickets on time. I am regularly unable to activate my purchased parking vouchers which renders it useless. It freezes, turns itself off and won’t update the number of vouchers I have purchased. Anyone would think this was a deliberate money-making exercise by Lewisham Council to drum up revenue in parking fines. Please give the users the opportunity to decide if they want to book a space at Holbeach instead losing their parking vouchers. It remembers favourite visitor’s registration number and this future makes it easier and faster to book a visitors permit compared to the website booking system. Back to paper tickets it seems! ### 2/5 — Can’t book permits for favourite visitors *2022-10-24, version 3.1.1* Even though you can save favourite visitors, there is no way of accessing their details when activating a session. The App requires you to enter the VRM every time which makes saving a favourite pointless. Preferred it when we could you the RingGo app as that allowed you to buy a session as needed. With this app you have to pay for vouchers first then activate them which is clunky and time consuming. It then means it’s only sensible for one person in the household to buy the vouchers and use the app which makes it difficult when that person isn’t in to book a session for trades people. Please make it more like RingGo. ### 2/5 — Regularly not working *2022-02-22, version 3.0.7* Initially this seemed quite a helpful way of managing visitor permits but there are a number of glitches that need sorting out It doesn’t allow you to automatically add a new permit to a saved visitor - so what exactly is the point of that ? More annoyingly it doesn’t work at least once a month - so you then either have to go on line or email the team in the hope that by letting them know you tried to get a permit that any subsequent tickets will be considered invalid . Even more of an inconvenience.
