Takes forever to come as well even though it’s in California and I’m in Texas. I ordered it on August 1 and it finally gave me an update that it’s coming August 15. They do have good deals when they have a sale but still not worth the long wait or not knowing where your package is coming or at. ### 3/5 — Love the shop, don't love the app *2026-07-28* Lewkin clothes are so cute and I'm def thinking about buying from them again, but the app is a bit of a headache to work with. It's still very much functional. Just hard to track orders, change settings (the app often shuts down when I try to open settings at all), and doesn't swipe and scroll very smoothly. ### 3/5 — Eh *2026-06-06* Clothes are cute and the site is fine itself but the shipping takes forever it’s already been a month since i’ve ordered and it hasn’t come it. The one thing that annoys me so bad is the tracking. It takes super long for your order to ship and the shop app doesnt even update. But one recommendation I have is a way to filter what jean length you want. Like 38-38.9 // 39-39.9 //40-40.9 etc etc that’d be really helpful for finding jeans my length because it’s a mix of tall & short. I know they have the option of categorizing what length you want but it would be easier to add that so it’s more specific. Lewkin is cool ### 4/5 — five stars if tracking was better *2025-02-11* The quality of the stuff is really good, and the extra free stickers are fun, but the tracking is really annoying. You have to be very patient with the tracking, because first you have to wait for five days than it says package shipped. And once its the day when your package is supposed to come, it doesnt and in the tracking app it doesnt say that it had been shipped? And contacting is hard. They dont respond on instagram and social apps, and emailing is bad because its a bot responding to you without your questions getting properly answered. No effort with the contact. The clothes are the only things hyping this up about. Tracking makes me so mad. ### 4/5 — Cute stuff but shipping is hard to track *2024-12-01* The stuff overall are cute just in the app there should be a option to track your order to be able to see ur order you’ll have to download another app. I wish u were able to see the tracking of the package in the app. ### 4/5 — The tracking was not the best.. *2024-06-04* I ordered from LEWKIN for the first time after seeing all the cute hauls. The only thing that I was upset with was the tracking. The tracking was pretty behind and even when using the Shop app I wasn’t able to see when my package arrived. After placing my order it was confirmed and tracking said it would be delivered, I decided to email LEWKIN to see why I wasn’t getting any updates about my order after 18 days. But they were very helpful and the second time they said it would be delivered it was. I just wish that LEWKIN and the Shop app would be more updated with the shipping and tracking locations. So the title says it all I got charged 0.99 on something I did not buy i don’t know if I had to purchase the app but I kept getting charged on my debit so I deleted it I need some help ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — would not recommend if complications arise *2026-08-07* my package was marked delivered at a time i wasn’t home and when i got home i couldn’t find it, and there was no POD so I checked the security cameras. neither a delivery driver nor a truck had been at my home at the supposed time of delivery and I told lewkin customer service as such very politely and they simply said they would file a claim and it would take about 3 weeks. It’s not the time I have an issue with, it’s that they offered no compensation for my lost/stolen package and even implied slightly that I couldn’t find it and it was delivered. Clearly not because I have the evidence that a delivery truck did not even visit my home. Honestly a disappointing experience and, as a longtime customer, I won’t be buying from them again. ### 1/5 — Long time to get the Oder. *2026-03-15* Extremely disappointed with the service. Shipping takes forever—about two weeks just to arrive. The return process is even worse; it takes another 1–2 weeks to get a refund, and they actually make you pay for the return shipping. Major fashion brands and other shops are never this slow. However, it took them 2 weeks just for them to get my order ready. Within those two weeks, I sent them a message asking them for an approximate delivery date. They didn’t respond. As a first time customer, this creates a level of insecurity as I know some brands are scams. This also lacks professionalism.
