App has gotten better still don’t work just right in bad service areas

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we have little control over bad service areas, we depend on the Local courier for service. We have implemented new technology to save the data to the local device and submit it once service is restored. I hope this helps.

Over the last two years, the mobile application has gotten a lot better and a lot more stable. Great job.
