Every time I try to upload a video and then play it the thing crashes. You can’t play iTunes music. From it.. so I’m very disappointed. ### 1/5 — No longer working *2019-12-03, version 1.2* This was a great product and app for my iPhone and iPad till the latest IOS update. iPhone and iPad will no longer recognize the SD card reader in the app. The app needs to be updated so it will work with the new IOS 13. Please update this app so I can continue using your product. Eager to get back to using your product ### 1/5 — Be aware you will lose your data *2019-05-06, version 1.2* Terrible app and hardware from Lexar. Keeps corrupting my photo files , fails to copy and deletes or makes it unusable ! What a piece of c! ### 1/5 — New update *2018-06-29* But no iPhone X support. Useless App with no contentious customer care ### 1/5 — Useless waste of money *2018-04-27, version 1.1* The app is glitchy. I cannot access any files on my device. It will back them up. But unlike the c20 I cannot access anything on internal storage except for the CameraCapture folder. ### 1/5 — Just keeps spinning *2017-09-24, version 1.0* App won't do anything but spin, can't transfer video from iPad to thumb drive to free up space on iPad to continue to use. ### 2/5 — Will not read my flash drive *2017-08-24, version 1.0* I have complained about the mobile manager app not allowing orientation change for months. This app does allow the orientation to change, which I like much better, but will not recognize my flash drive, or at least not the external storage. What gives? ### 2/5 — Not for IPad *2017-08-03, version 1.0* This is no different than Lexar Mobile Manager. Designed for IPhone. Not very good for IPad due to only vertical view ### 1/5 — cannot detect when plug in *2017-06-04* please fix for ios 10 ## Frequently asked questions about Lexar Media Manager ### What is Lexar Media Manager used for?
